Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Serves as Team Lead providing subject matter expertise and support for development, test, and integration efforts exercising technical leadership for MH-60 and/or Mission Equipment programs to assure airworthiness IAW AR 70-62.
• Work with customers, functional subject matter experts, and leadership, to promptly resolve critical issues, including hazard assessments, and maintain SRD goals to get the aid customer without compromising the airworthiness process integrity.
• Provide expert technical support, maintain effective relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring the best airworthiness solution is determined, given allowable trade space (budget, schedule, requirements, operational constraints).
• Generate and ensure the technical and administrative accuracy of Airworthiness (AW) Releases, AW Qualification Plans, AW Requirements Memorandums, Risk Determinations, AW Impact Statements, and other work products, IAW organizational SOPs.
• Utilizing knowledge of design, testing, analysis, integration, and airworthiness (AW) qualification of aviation components, assess AW, readiness, or suitability of new technologies and determine AW criteria, standards, and methods of compliance.
