Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Serves as a Test Engineer in support of the Product Manager Multi Mission Surveillance Systems test program, in the ESI Readiness Engineering Portfolio, Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Division, Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems Branch.
  • Responsible for developing detailed test schedules for incorporation into the programs Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Responsible for developing and managing multi-year test budgets in support of the program office budget cycles.
  • Required to support the creation of performance work statements, contract data requirements, and perform technical evaluations of contracts as requested by the program office.
  • Responsible for reviewing and verifying contract data requirements meet an acceptable level of quality and satisfy governments requirements.
  • Required to lead multiple working groups and Integrated Product Teams through the process of developing detailed test plans for a variety of test types and objectives.
  • Required to develop and conduct multiple test briefings to communicate the status of test program at weekly staff calls, quarterly Technical Interchange Meetings, Design and Program Management Reviews.
  • Responsible for the management and execution of the Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Team meeting to provide test program status and collaborate with Army and Department of Defense stakeholders in support of the test mission.
  • Provides support to various engineering Integrated Product Teams to status the test program and support as necessary by addressing any test dependencies.
  • Leads and manages the work necessary to conduct and address all test requirements evaluated during the Test Readiness.
