· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; compressed schedule available
· Detail assignment will begin o/a Monday, 11 September 2023, NTE 120 days. (The time frame for this position is flexible and must be supported by your supervisor.)

Serves as a focal point for staff integration, taskings, staff coordination, and dissemination of information. Develops comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day- to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities requiring the involvement of the Executive Office. Analyzes and evaluates issues that are typically diverse in nature, requiring input from across the CFT and higher headquarters. Extrapolates existing methods and procedures to future requirements in developing timely and executable plans of action. Provides sound, mature advice, and recommendations to the Chief of Staff on the credible orchestration of events and activities.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Serves as a focal point for staff integration, taskings, staff coordination, and dissemination of information.
- Develops comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day- to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities requiring the involvement of the Executive Office.
- Manages staff actions, determines status, prioritizes events, and provides comprehensive status briefs to the Executive Office.
- Participates and coordinates meetings with staff representatives of other agencies and serves as liaison with such officials during their visits.
- Coordinates activities requiring inter-organizational action or consideration.
- Coordinates with staff elements in order to facilitate leadership travel (DTS), major events, social activities, and speeches.
- Manages the operational schedule of the CFT leadership team.
- Forecasts potential requirements, de-conflicts problems, and plans and projects time for historically recurring requirements. Researches and coordinates with staff elements in order to depict executive level travel, major events, social activities, and speeches.
- Prepares briefings, handbooks, reports, slides, forms, correspondence, etc for the CFT using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Reviews incoming and outgoing correspondence, develops applicable executive summaries, interprets policy implications, or cogent recommendations pertaining to content.
- Performs daily administrative duties in support of the CFT and Executive Office.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
