Operations Research Analyst

About the Position: This position will serve as an Operations Research Analyst with the Analysis Branch, Requirements Determination Division, (RDD) of the Fires Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID), Futures and Concepts Center (FCC), US Army Futures Command located at Fort Sill, OK.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Evaluate the operational effectiveness of existing and proposed Field Artillery and Air Defense systems using analytical tools, mathematics, and modeling and simulations.
• Use general mathematical analysis, sampling, queuing, other statistical techniques, and automated mathematical models.
• Apply subject matter expertise to evaluate current and emerging technologies in scientific fields to include weapons, radars, and missile systems.
• Present study results, findings, conclusions, options, and recommendations to higher commands.
