Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Providing advice and counsel on all phases of appropriated fund budgeting, to include the planning, formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and review of organization's budget.
• Manage and maintain GFEBS assigned accounts.
• Responsible for controlling and distributing FCC's funding and selected OSD appropriations/funding executed by the Army.
• Interprets, disseminates, and applies budgetary guidance stemming from laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
