About the Position: Serves as a Capability Development and Integration Specialist (Fires) within the U.S. Army Futures and Concepts Center located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma in the Fires CDID Concepts Development Division.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE) and the Futures and Concepts Center to ensure the accurate representation of Field Artillery (FA) force design and posture.
- Reviews and provides constructive feedback on Concept Required Formations while preparing the FA section of the Force Design Workbooks (FDWs) to meet established deadlines.
- Plans, organizes, and executes a wide range of complex capability development projects.
- Collaborates with developers to ensure that FA documentation adheres to regulatory standards and timelines.
- Conducts thorough analysis and revisions of Future Capability Workbooks (FCWs) pertaining to U.S. Army Field Artillery units.
- Delivers comprehensive briefings on force design and structure activities, while cultivating relationships with key development elements.
