About the Position: Serves as the Vehicle Electronics and Architecture Program Manager which aids in the execution of multi-million dollar contracts for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC), located in Warren, MI. Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Serves as the Vehicle Electronics and Architecture Program Manager which aids in the execution of multi-million dollar Task Instruction/Work Directive based contracts.
• Manages multiple Task Instructions running concurrently and at various stages of life-cycle, ensures cost, schedule and performance are at required standard or higher.
• Maintains flow of contract documentation through work processes and assignment to various contract officer representatives (CORs).
• Manages a comprehensive program of research, development, procurement, production, supply and maintenance to provide a balanced, economical and effective system for customers within the assigned programs.
• Identifies problem areas and determines and directs actions necessary to accomplish the project plan.
• Evaluates pertinent data from higher headquarters, field commands and industry to provide ready, accurate and complete response to policy and program status inquiries.
• Represents organization at high-level conferences and meetings, other commands, agencies, and private industry on matters pertaining to all aspects of assigned programs.
• Reviews reports, analyzes issues, directs problem solving, evaluates progress, assesses outcomes, reports on cost/schedule/technical progress and out comes, and recommends follow-on actions.
