Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • This position serves as an expert management consultant and advisor in one or more of the HR functional areas relative to human resources.
  • Advisor in one or more of the HR functional areas relative to human resources, such as employee development, employee and labor relations, position classification, compensation and recruitment and placement.
  • Performs extensively broad and difficult position classification projects and studies.
  • Provides comprehensive recruitment and placement advisory services.
  • Examines issues and proposes actions in direct support of agency human capital strategic objectives.
  • Assesses progress in the maturity of the agency’s programs/initiatives supporting the human capital lifecycle.
  • Develops contemporary solutions supporting the agency’s talent management and employee engagement.
