About the Position: This position is located in the Aviation and Missile Center, System Readiness Directorate Engineering Division. Current employees on Renewable Term Appointments are eligible to apply for this position in accordance with P.L. 115-232, Section 1112. Please make sure your supporting SF-50 reflects this remark.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide collocated systems engineering support focused on system design efforts to reduce logistics footprint, increase readiness, reduce maintenance burden, reduce cost, and improve supply chain performance.
• Provide input and guidance on the creation of logistics documentation to support milestone decisions.
• Translate user requirements into technical objectives that comply with an aviation weapon system’s supportability concepts and structures.
• Conduct systems engineering, supportability, and data analysis.
• Lead Integrated Product Support teams, communicating effectively, and influencing team members to take the most effective course(s) of action.
