- Detail assignment will begin o/a Monday, 11 September 2023, NTE 120 days. (The time frame for this position is flexible and must be supported by your supervisor.)

- Serves as the priciple advisor and consultant on administrative and management services to the Contested Logistics CFT Director and Deputy Director with a high level of delegated responsibilty to act on their behalf for all administrative functions. Responsible for providing, obtaining, analyzing and improving a variety of management services essential to maximizing the organizational effiicency ad effectiveness of the office.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Serves as the principal advisor and consultant on administrative and management services to the Contested Logistics (CL) Cross Functional Team (CFT) Director and Deputy Director.
- Provides, obtains, analyzes and improves a variety of management services essential to maximizing the organizational efficiency and effectiveness of the office.
- Oversees civilian and military human resource support for the organization.
- Responsible for the interpretation and administration of comprehensive civilian and military human resource programs and policies.
- Manages and enters data into personnel systems.
- Responsible for civilian and military awards processing, DPMAP and OER/NCO-ER management.
- Administers analytical techniques to identify and resolve complex issues, develop improved work methods, and make recommendations for improving productivity and program effectiveness.
- Utilizes integrated knowledge of the organization to develop complex presentations, spreadsheets and/or databases to meet objectives. Prepares responses to mission related and non-technical suspense's.
- Provides direct assistance to the staff to include forms processing and routing, making travel arrangements utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS), creating/editing travel orders and resolving any related issues, coordinating/scheduling high level meetings and calendar management.
- Prepares reports, justifications, slides and narrative data, etc. for presentations and briefings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
