  • Job Description:
    • In this position, you will serve as the subject matter expert supporting leadership and program teams to develop and implement activities for traditional and non-traditional companies such as, private companies, venture capitalists, universities and non-profit organizations.

      To qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below:

      One year of specialized experience, which includes planning and coordinating activities such as, engagement and outreach programs in order to create partnerships with contractors, private companies, venture capitalists, non-profit organizations and/or universities. Developing methods to measure program effectiveness while creating and implementing continuous process improvements. AND/OR developing marketing and communication materials to assist with engagement and outreach programs.
  • Job Duties/Responsibilities:
      • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to better address friction points and knowledge gaps in order to make the Army a better business partner.
      • Design and implement AAL’s cohort program to assist and educate companies throughout the project duration.
      • Design and administer data from company feedback surveys to facilitate early detection of program shortcomings and improvements.
      • Develop and coordinate marketing and communication materials during project execution.
      • Advice and guide senior staff on key directions for future emerging business sectors.

      • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
      • Temporary Duty (TDY)/ Business travel up to 15% of the time
