- Job Description:
US Army DEVCOM AvMC, Maintenance Engineering Airworthiness Division of the Systems Readiness Directorate is looking for student engineers to serve a one-year appointment. This opportunity will enable the selectees to apply their academic training in an industrial environment supporting depot level maintenance of Army helicopters and their components while gaining hands-on experience in applied engineering.
- Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs basic general engineering duties in support of the Maintenance Engineering Airworthiness Division. Develops supporting data collection and analysis utilizing standard measuring devices, analyzes basic facts and information, and communicates findings both orally and in written reports. Utilizes standard PC software packages to create updates on daily activities, study outcomes, summary findings, and supporting CAD graphics. Provides other engineering support functions as required by mission demands.

U.S. Citizenship Required
Must sign an Internship Program Participate Agreement
Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Maintain at least a half-time course load of study as defined by the educational institution
Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above
